We recruited, trained and managed the bilingual team of guides for the duration of Desert X AlUla, the first site-responsive exhibition of its kind in Saudi Arabia. With only a few days training, the team – some without any experience with arts and or presentation – delivered confident and engaging tours to the public.

• Quick turnover: two week time  between receiving the contract and delivery
• Recruitment and training of 15 bilingual Arabic/English Guides
• Delivery of a bespoke 5-day training programme focusing on presentation skills, audience engagement and on the topic of site-specific art installations
• Guides delivered tours for press opening and public opening
• Tours were delivered at an excellent standard over the course of  this 6-week project.
